Chayo Japanese Cafe was established in Clayton in 2017. We specialise in bringing quality Japanese tea paired with modern Japanese cuisine to Australia.
Our Japanese teas are selected by our Japanese tea sommelier and we have established partnerships with producers in Japan to bring the highest quality Japanese tea to Australia.
Our matcha are all sourced from Uji, Kyoto, the home of the most highly-regarded green tea in Japan.
We strive to stock the best tea from Japan to Australia, please also come visit us in our café to try our tea.
